Waseka’s aim is to provide pragmatic solution to your property-related woes, and link agents and potential buyers or tenants who are looking for their ideal property.

Is Waseka an estate agency?

No, Waseka does not sell or let properties directly to the public. We advertise properties listed by estate agents who are members with us.

What are the benefits of creating an account?

You will be able to save properties and searched areas that interest you, and create alerts; so, you can stay up to date with the latest properties on the go. This is accessible on both the website and our free app, on both App store and Play store.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account, by clicking on the user icon on the homepage or the sign up option on the left slide menu.

Can I upload a property myself onto Waseka?

Only estate agents may advertise their properties on Waseka. This ensures protection for both the property purchaser and also the property seller.

I have forgotten my password for my account. How do I gain access to my account?

You need to click on the ‘reset my password’ link, which is on the sign-in section, enter your email address and follow the instructions on the email to set up a new password.

I have not received the activation link in my inbox. What can I do?

Check if the email address was correctly enter, and whether the email link has gone into your spam/junk folder by mistake.

Why Waseka does not recognise my search location?

It may be due to a wrongly entered postcode or misspelt area name.

I have found a property I am interested in. How do I save the property?

You can save the property for later, by clicking on the heart icon under each property on the listings page.

How do I obtain more information for a property I am interested in?

Contact the estate agent through the contact form, or directly using the agent details provided on the property listing.

Can Waseka value my property?

Waseka does not provide any expert valuation services. Sold house prices provided by Land Registry, is a factor property sellers can use to determine a property’s valuation, but is not conclusive itself and should be used in a mix with factors; such as the economy and market trends that fluctuate area by area.

My property is listed for sale or rent but there are incorrect details. How do I correct this?

The property details on Waseka are entered directly by your estate agent and for any errors made, you may want to inform them directly for any corrections.

The sold price for my property is incorrect. How do I get the amended?

Waseka uses sold prices information from Land Registry. For any changes, you will need to contact Land Registry and subsequently should then be changed on the Waseka sold prices results.

I have contacted a mortgage broker and have received a quote different to the one stated on the property listing?

The mortgage repayment calculator displays an estimate of mortgage repayments, in consideration of a fixed interest rate and 25 years mortgage term. Mortgage repayments will vary depending on the deposit made and according to the property you choose.

I am interesting in a property. How do I book a viewing?

Contact the estate agent, who listed the property directly and arrange a viewing time.
